Pastor Dr. Tony Love Bio

Pastor Dr. Antonio A. Love, an amazing man of God raised in the Washington, DC area called to minister to God's people in the Kansas City Metropolitan area for such a time as this. Running with a purpose and vision from the Lord, he is determined to take the Kingdom of God by force. With the heartbeat of God and a passion for his people, he preaches, teaches, motivates and encourages with an uncompromising delivery of the word of God that has transformed the lives of men, women, boys and girls.

Dr. Love grew up in Washington, D.C. with his younger sister and graduated from Frank W. Ballou Sr. High School in 1981. Dr. Love entered into the United States Navy in August of the same year and continued to serve in the Navy until 1987. Dr. Love was baptized at the age of 5, but it wasn't until June of 1998 (Father's Day) that he decided to make Jesus his personal Lord and Savior. Dr. Love likes to refer to this time period as "he went for a swim at the age of 5, but he was "born again" at 34." The evidence of God's hand upon his life was manifested quickly and he has not looked back. He immediately became a servant of the Lord, attending Sunday School, Bible Study and serving in various ministries under the leadership of the late Reverand Doctor Harold E. Trammell.

Dr. Love answered his calling into the ministry in January of 2002, was licensed in November of that year and official ordained as Pastor in July of 2005. With a burning desire in his heart to do more for God's people, Dr. Love stepped out on faith and along with his wife, Lady Love, began the journey of birthing out New Covenant of Grace Christian Ministries. It is his hope and prayer that New Covenant will be "a place where all of God's children can be one." Jesus told the woman at the well "But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship him." (John 4:23)

Dr. Love holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Christian Education, a Master of Arts degree in Pastoral Care and has his Doctorate in Pastoral Ministries from the Elohim Bible College and School of Seminary in St. Louis, Missouri. Dr. Love is joined in Holy Matrimony to the Lady of New Covenant and Co-Pastor, Lady Ronchall Love and together they have two children, Nikkita and Raphael, one adopted son, Howard and one son Antonio Love from a former relationship.

In accepting this awesome mandate that God has placed upon him, it is his prayer that God's word will not return unto him void, but that it will accomplish each and every purpose it was set out to do. That lives will be transformed, the unreachable will be reached, that captives will be set free, the broken-hearted will be restored, the wounded will be healed and that souls will be saved for the advancement and the building up of God's Great Kingdom.
